On or about 06/20/2017 at 10500 Rocket Court in Orlando, FL,  the employer did not have a written certification of the hazard assessment performed for the personal protective equipment that employees are required to wear, such as but not limited to steel toe boots, and leather gloves.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a.  On or about 06/06/2017 at 10500 Rocket Court in Orlando, FL.  the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program to address the potential hazards associated with the manufacturing of pavers and blocks.
