29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about June 13, 2017, and in times prior thereto, a ground wire was attached to the neutral buss in panel 2, located in the South shop creating an electrical hazard to workers. This condition is only allowed at the transformer or at the first disconnect from the transformer or meter.
