29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:  a. On or about 06/16/2017 at 4480 Boggy Creek Road Kissimmee FL, an employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized for surgery. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 06/16/2017 around 5:30 pm. The employer notified OSHA on 06/19/2017 at 10:30 am of the in-patient hospitalization.
