29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 6/22/17 at a roof replacement project located at 758 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca, New York; employees working on the roof were placing shingles on the roof of a two story garage. The roof had a 6 in 12 pitch and an eave heights of approximately 14 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
