29 CFR 1915.75(d): Railings approximately 42 inches in height, with a midrail, were not provided on the edges of wing walls of floating dry docks or on edges of graving docks. a) M/V Leader - Left wing wall of the floating dry dock: Chain railings were not installed between three sets of stanchions while employees were working on top assisting with lowering the floating dry dock into the water. Employees were exposed to fall and/or drowning hazards. b) M/V Leader - Right wing wall of the floating dry dock: The chain railing adjacent to the fixed ladder did not consist of a midrail while employees were working on top. Employees were exposed to fall and/or drowning hazards.
