29 CFR 1910.266(f)(2)(vii): The machine shall be operated at such a distance from employees and other machines such that operation will not create a hazard for an employee.      29 CFR 1910.266(f)(2)(v): Before starting or moving any machine, the operator shall determine that no employee is in the path of the machine.      a) On or about June 1, 2017 the Skidder operator did not make sure the Loader operator walking on the ground was not in the path of the Skidder traveling while moving in a westward direction.
