29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) On June 12, 2017, the employer reported an accident to the Baltimore Washington Area office of the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational safety and Health Administration, that occurred on June 7, 2017, and resulted in hospitalization of a worker who had his leg run over by a tracked backhoe on a construction site. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
