29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting face piece respirator were not annually fit tested:      Shipyard, throughout:  Employees are required to don tight-fitting, negative pressure respirators such as 3M MD#2097 and 3M N95 filtering face piece respirators to protect against health hazards associated with various types of paint dust, mist, and vapor and metal fume generated during welding.  Annual fit testing was not conducted.
