29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  Premier Systems, Inc. at 3800 East 15th Street in Sioux Falls, SD 57103: On and prior to July 7, 2017 the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment to include regular inspections of the job-site, materials, and equipment; conducted by a competent person. Subcontractor employees were permitted to work in areas where fall hazards existed without the use of a fall protection system. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Sample Abatement-Certification Letter).
