29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l):  At the location of 17190 87th St. in Lenexa KS, an employee engaged in moving material with the us of an All-terrain forklift (#6036), and employees near forklifts in operation, at the construction site were exposed to struck-by hazards in that training was not provide to the forklift operator.
