29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:   On or about July 10, 2017, at the construction site; the employee was working on the roof without any type of fall protection.  Employee was exposed to a fall greater than 6 feet.     Best Plastering Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1118325, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23. 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 12121 Corner Valley, El Paso, TX.  Best Plastering Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 853783, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 14389 East Cave Ave., El Paso, TX.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about July 10, 2017: at the worksite: the employer allowed employees to work on the roof of a building under construction without first providing them with fall protection training.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet.
