29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling.      a) Tri-Towne Plaza, Route 70 E, Marlton, NJ:  On or about July 17, 2017, Best Home Solutions employees were conducting roofing activities on a commercial building.  A single employee was observed walking on the low sloped roof, installing standing seam metal roofing.  The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt or harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:      a) Tri-Towne Plaza, Route 70 E, Marlton, NJ:  On or about July 17, 2017, Best Home Solutions employees were conducting roofing activities on a commercial building.  A single employee was observed working from a JLG articulating boom aerial lift, installing standing seam metal roofing.  The employee was not secured in the basket using a body belt or harness with lanyard, and was thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
