On or about July 13, 2017, employees removing gutters at the edge of a low slope roof were not protected from falling approximately 16 feet to the ground by the use of any type of fall protection system.

On or about July 13, 2017, employees removing gutters on a low slope roof were exposed to an approximately 20 feet fall hazard through unprotected skylights while walking to and from their work area.
