29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about July 13, 2017:  a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 40 feet while installing roofing insulation material without the use of fall protection measures. Employees were outside of the flagged area of the roof preforming work related tasks.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about July 13, 2017:  a) Roberto Delgado failed to properly train his employees in the recognition and corrective methods of fall hazards when the employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  On or about April 17, 2018:  a) The employer failed to submit certification of abetment for citation 1 item 1 and 2 which were included in inspection 1249092, relating to the worksite located at 1189 Dawsonville Hwy in Gainesville, Georgia, within the 10 day window allowed.
