29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) DRW Packing, Inc. on or about July 20, 2017, at the address of 866 St. Rt. 162 E. North Fairfield, OH: The employer did not ensure the power transmitting belt and pulley(s) located on the Squash Cull Line mobile conveyor was adequately guarded. During operation, employees working on or near this unguarded nip-point were exposed to amputation hazards.
