29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): All materials stored in tiers were not stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse.    Fuel Pier: One metal I-beam measured at approximately 55 feet long x 14 inches wide was not properly secured, racked or blocked to prevent rolling, sliding and dropping to prevent movement.  An employee suffered crushing injuries to the hand and fingers as a result of handling to unsecured I-Beam.
