29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  Best Roofing, at 2627 N. Meade St., Denver, CO 80211: On and before August 15, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing work were adequately protected from fall hazards.  Employees were roofing a ranch-style single family home without the use of fall protection.  Conditions exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
