29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    Workplace, 144 Avon Avenue, Newark, NJ    a) The exit route from the manager's office to the nearest exit, the main entrance and exit of the facility, was obstructed by stored materials including pallets of product.      b) The exit route from the Packing Room where the sealed roast products are collected, packed into boxes and placed onto pallets, was obstructed by tables and pallets of product.     Violation observed on or about 08-17-17    Best Provision Co., Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1168682, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 144 Avon Avenue, Newark, NJ.
