29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a.  On or about August 18, 2017, at the site located at 7230 Konold Ct., Canal Winchester, Ohio, an employee was painting exterior trim on a new two story residential home from the lower level roof with a pitch of approximately 6 in 12 and approximately 9 feet in height without fall protection, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
