29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At a residential construction site located at 804 Oriole Ct in Blue Springs, MO: Employees were exposed to harmful chemicals that could cause injuries and/or illnesses in that the employer had not developed, or implemented, a written hazard communication program. This was demonstrated at the residential construction site when 4 employees were dispensing gasoline for use in powering a  air compressor for the pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  At the residential construction site located at 804 Oriole Ct in Blue Springs, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees were engaged in roofing activities with the use of nail guns in that eye protection was not provided while installing roofing material.   Roberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1252320, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1616 NE 83rd Terr, Kansas City, MO 64118.

Employee were performing work on a steep roof and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.  Roberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1252320, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1616 NE 83rd Terr, Kansas City, MO 64118.  Roberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212339, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 Marvel Lane, Liberty, MO 64068.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  At a residential construction site located at 804 Oriole Ct, Blue Springs, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employee had not been trained on the recognition of fall hazards and the methods necessary to protect employees. One employee was observed wearing a full-body harness improperly.  Roberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212339, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 Marvel Lane, Liberty, MO 64068.
