29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle:   a.)    On or about August 31, 2017, the employer did not ensure the #998 Nissan 30 forklift was taken out of service after a hydraulic fluid leak was found during the inspection. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating forklifts with a hydraulic leak.
