29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A): Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) was maintained:     (a) An employee involved in tree trimming operations, while standing in the cage/paltform of a Platform Basket 18.90 tracked aerila lift, moved the aerila lift such that the aerial lift contacted a 7.62 kV (7620-volt) overhead power line on the north side of a residential property located at 684 Freeling Drive, Siesta Key, FL, on or about September 24, 2017.
