29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(9): The employer did not ensure that labels or other forms of warning were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: a) On September 25, 2017, Progressive Coating did not ensure that a label was displayed on the parts stripping tank that contained a hazardous chemical, Soak Strip 1122 (contains monoethanolamine). In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
