THE TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINSTRATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1019679, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 26, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION, 5757 WAYNE NEWTON BOULEVARD, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA 89119
