29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: (a) Atlas Construction Group, at 3800 E. Hwy 56, Berthoud, CO 80513: On and before October 18, 2017, the controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were made by competent persons designated by the employer. Subcontractors were exposed to fall hazards when working from aerial lifts when erecting the steel. This condition resulted in sub-contractor employee exposure to fall hazards.
