29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:     (a)  2140 EAST LINCOLN HIGHWAY, LANCASTER, PA, ECONOMY INN SOUTH, ROOFTOP - Employees were replacing portions of the sheathing of the roof of the structure, and the employees were not using any type of fall protection and could not explain when fall protection was required or what fall protection system components were necessary for the work that they were performing, which thereby exposed the employees to fall hazards that ranged from approximately 18 to 30 feet to the ground below, on or about October 26, 2017.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
