On or about October 31, 2017, in the front of the structure, on the leading edge, an employee performing framing operations was not protected from an 11-foot exterior fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection. b. On or about October 31, 2017, on top of the structure, standing on the trusses, an employee performing framing operations was not protected from a 9-foot interior fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection.
