29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a)  Chiarelo Inc. at 9287 E. 105th Place, Henderson, CO 80640:  On and before November 20, 2017 the employer did not ensure that each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Employees were roofing a low-sloped roof without fall protection.  Condition exposed employees performing roofing work to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.  Chiarelo, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1169331, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/13/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 10616 Ashfield St, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.
