29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means:    a) On or about November 24, 2017, employees performing carpentry work on an existing residential house were permitted to work in proximity to a 120/240 volt, 225 Amp, electrical service drop.
