Ristow Roofing Co. project site located at Building 60, Land O' Lakes Inc. dairy facility in Kiel, WI: On and about November 24, 2017, employees were exposed to falling through a floor hole while installing roofing material when the hole cover was not marked to inform employees of the concealed floor hole.
