29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface.  If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired:    (a)  On or about 11/30/17, at 755 Jefferson Road, in Rochester, New York, an employee using a scissor lift, was exposed to an unprotected hole, causing the scissor lift to tip over ejecting the employee. The employee fell approximately 11 feet to ground level.      ABATEMEMNT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
