29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(B)(1): The employer did not select a respirator for employee use that maintained the employee's exposure to the hazardous substance, when measured outside the respirator, at or below the maximum use concentration:  On or about 12/22/2017, an employee was wearing a respirator that protected him up to ten (10) times the concentration of copper fumes. However, the employee was exposed to a concentration of up to fourteen (14) times the allowed OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL).
