29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed.  Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  At the Facility - Objects such as merchandise, boxes, paperwork, totes, and bins  were placed within the exit route reducing the width of the route to less than the required 28 inches.
