29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   On or about 5 December, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working from an aerial lift did not utilize fall protection, to prevent him from falling out or being ejected from the basket.    The Cherry Roofing Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1244032, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/14/2017, with respect to a workplace located at4716 Davie Rd. Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33301.
