29 CFR 1910.1048(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include formaldehyde in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200):  a) Packing and Dumping Department: Employees worked with a phenolic resin solution that contained formaldehyde, and the employer did not provide these employees with hazard communication training specific to formaldehyde exposure, as discovered on or about 12/12/2017.  b) Packing and Dumping Department: The phenolic resin mixture, that was continuously maintained in the 3 compartment sink, was not appropriately labeled as to its' contents and hazards, as discovered on or about 12/12/2017.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED   ABATEMENT NOTE: In classifying the hazards of formaldehyde at least the following hazards are to be addressed: Cancer; skin and respiratory sensitization; eye, skin and respiratory tract irritation; acute toxicity effects; and flammability.
