29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  (a)  Horizon Erectors, at 3800 E. Hwy 56, Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before October 18, 2017, the exposing employer did not to ensure that each employee working on a low-slope roof, with unprotected sides and edges approximately 20 feet above the ground, was protected from falling by an adequate fall protective system.  An employee was working on this roof without fall protection.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
