29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    a.  On or about December 13, 2017, at the site located at 198 Faulkner Drive, Lithopolis, Ohio, on the South West side of the structure, an employee was spraying an asphalt based membrane onto the exterior of the newly constructed home from an elevated aerial lift up to approximately 12 feet in height without wearing fall protection.    b.  On or about December 13, 2017, at the site located at 198 Faulkner Drive, Lithopolis, Ohio, on the South East side of the structure, an employee was spraying an asphalt based membrane onto the exterior of the newly constructed home from an elevated aerial lift up to approximately 12 feet in height without wearing fall protection.    Tremco Barrier Solutions, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.453(b)(2)(v)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263572 citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 10098 Arnold Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.
