29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):     In the roller area, the employer did not ensure a guard was installed on the Carell Roller Machine to protect employees from point of operation hazards exposing the employee to caught-in and in-going nip-point hazards.    Powerseal Pipe Line Production Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251125, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 09/13/2017, with respect to a final abatement due on 09/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 701 Pleasant View Drive, Wichita Falls, Texas 76306.
