29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a dry condition.  When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided.     On or about December 29, 2017 and times prior thereto, the employer did not maintain a dry work area, exposing employees to slips and trips and fall hazards in the kitchen, groomer room, palm beach room and the lobby areas.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i) (D):  The employer did not protect employees from a live electric wire operating at 50 volts or more that shall be guarded against accidental contact by elevation of 8.0 foot or more above the floor or other working surface.    On or about December 29, 2017 and times prior thereto, the employer failed to protect employees from the electrical hazard that was created by a live electric wire, hanging in the middle of the kitchen roof.
