(b) Ink Room: Employees cleaned and maintained the Flexowash screen wash machines and the Microclean dry anilox cleaning system. The machines are used to clean inks from the printing equipment and the dusts and chemical waste that are by-products were removed by the employees periodically. The cleaning products, dusts and chemical waste contained hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to acrylates and dipropylene glycol methyl ether, but a written hazard assessment was not completed on or about January 10, 2018.
