29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(C): Each temporary wiring branch circuit not installed in a complete metallic raceway did not contain a separate equipment grounding conductor:  On January 23, 2018 at the worksite located at 7300 Pinnacle Valley Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer used an electrical extension cord that had the ground pin removed to connect to a circular masonry saw. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
