29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and walkway shall be at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide.   (a) Roof of Building C - On or about January 26, 2018 employees were exposed to a fall hazard while standing on the rails of a scissors lifts 28 feet above concrete with no fall protection.  These employees used the scissor lift rails to climb to the top of metal beams on the roof.  The scissor lift beams are less than 18 inches wide.
