29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)  Guttenplans Frozen Dough Corporation - Divider proofer area / Line A & B: The Stamper located in the divider proofing area was not guarded or enclosed to protect employees from the point of operation while the machine was in operation, observed on or about 02/12/2018.    b)  Guttenplans Frozen Dough Corporation - Rounder / Line C & F: The rounder machines have some guards missing to protect employees from ingoing nip points and rotating parts while the machine was in operation, observed on or about 02/12/2018.    c)  Guttenplans Frozen Dough Corporation - S4 Molder peeler machine: The conveyor belt was missing a guard that enclose the shaft and the ingoing nip point of the roll and conveyor belt, observed on or about 02/12/2018.
