29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): The depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts was less than indicated in Table S-1 (3 ft.).    This violation was observed on or about February 13, 2018, at various locations (4) in the print shop, circuit breaker panels and disconnects were blocked by material exposing employees to the hazards of electrical shock and fire.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemical was labeled with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.      This violation was observed on or about February 13, 2018, throughout the print shop secondary containers of Color Wash Step 1 and Color Wash Step 2 were not adequately labeled exposing employees to unknown health and physical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information.  This violation was observed on or about February 13, 2018, employees had not received hazard communication training to include, but not limited to, the UN Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) exposing employees to unknown health and physical hazards.
