29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed:  On or about February 15, 2018, and in times prior thereto, electricians were wearing short sleeve cotton shirts with no hand and arm protection while working within one inch of 4160 volts of electricity in adjacent boxes with exposed live parts.  The close proximity to live buss bars exposed the electricians to an arc flash hazard.
