29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: (a) Chestnut Hill Auto Electric - The employer did not conduct initial air monitoring to determine if an employee was exposed to lead above the action level while using a torch to melt solder, on or about February 20, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
