29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structure:  At this newly constructed apartment site: On or about March 2, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees  used entrance and exits to go in and out of the buildings where there were scattered pieces of masonry bricks, pieces of plywood boards, pieces of metal mesh and left over trash debris exposing employees to slips, trips, and fall hazards.
