29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structure:  At this newly constructed apartment site: On or about March 2, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees  used entrance and exits to go in and out of the buildings where there were scattered pieces of masonry bricks, pieces of plywood boards, pieces of metal mesh and left over trash debris exposing employees to slips, trips, and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Valencia Loft Project at Buildings #3, #2 and #7:  On or about March 2, 2018, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the concrete floor below, while entering an unprotected walkway to retrieve material from the buildings.
