29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: (a) On or around March 6, 2018 in Load Center 46 of the Oil Movement Control Center of the Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery, workers performing work on the motor control center (MCC) for the motor of pump F35A did not use electrical protective equipment that was appropriate to protect the head. (b) On or around March 6, 2018 in Load Center 46 of the Oil Movement Control Center of the Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery, workers performing work on the motor control center (MCC) for the motor of pump F35A did not use electrical protective equipment that was appropriate to protect the face and eyes. (c) On or around March 6, 2018 in Load Center 46 of the Oil Movement Control Center of the Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery, workers performing work on the motor control center (MCC) for the motor of pump F35A did not use electrical protective equipment that was appropriate to protect the torso and arms.
