29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions:  (a) For employees operating an outside automotive hydraulic lift where conduit used to power its motor was pulled away from the base of the entrance point, on or about March 08, 2018.  (b) For an outside automotive hydraulic lift where conduit used for power located at the foot of the lift was not continuous exposing wiring to abrasions, on or about March 08, 2018.  (c) For the pipe bender located outside the rear of the building where electrical wiring conduit with openings was covered with black tape was secured to a chain link by nylon ties, exposing it to abrasions, on or about March 08, 2018.  The Bigmechanic.com, Inc. dba The Original Muffler City, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1242726, citation number 02, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 815 E. Hillsborough Ave. Tampa, FL  33604.
