Roofers were observed installing shingles and working at height. Roofers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 17 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.

Roofers were observed accessing and egressing the roof by way of a portable ladder that did not extend 3 feet past landing.  Roofers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 14 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.
